Since 2019, Bluegrass Cannabis has been delivering

the latest news, and educating on Kentucky Cannabis.

We advocate for home grow, transparency in licensing, and more, making sure that we're holding legislators, industry operators, and farmers accountable.

We believe that growing the cannabis plant is a right, with both state and federal governments needing to minimally interfere in the lives of our listeners

when they're doing nothing wrong by growing and consuming.

With a patient and small farm first perspective, Bluegrass Cannabis wants the following additions to Kentucky Cannabis Legislation to allow people the simplest, most direct,

and highest quality access to the benefits of cannabis:

  • Home Grow for all Kentuckians up to 15 plants.

  • Direct to Patient cultivation, processing, and sales for small farms up to 1/2 acre.

  • Transparent licensing and Taxes from the state of Kentucky back to the people of Kentucky.

At Bluegrass Cannabis, we want Kentucky Cannabis,

grown by Kentuckians, for Kentuckians, in Kentucky.

From California to Illinois, corporate cannabis has gotten a more than generous piece of the pie, and we’re here to help make sure that the rules are written evenly for Kentucky Communities.

Whether that’s how tax dollars should be reinvested in small Kentucky farmers and communities, how licensing for small farms should be low cost and unlimited to allow anyone to improve the quality and diversity of patient products, to grants and equity for disadvantaged Kentucky communities, or ensuring that cannabis is an available option for anyone to benefit from.

We hope that you share our vision for Kentucky Cannabis, and help make sure that all that we see on the market is Old-Fashioned, All-Natural, Kentucky Bluegrass.
